The delivery of my order is taking longer than expected.


Total time = processing time + shipping time

All items sold at First pilot are guaranteed to be delivered in 60 days

If you have not received your item(s) beyond this time, you are eligible for a full refund after we have conducted a postal investigation. 


Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

1.Delays caused by the buyer providing incorrect or incomplete delivery information;

2 Delays in delivery caused by any force majeure incidents, such as natural disasters, bad weather, and war;

3.Any un-insured order that is lost or stolen;

4.Delays in delivery caused by any other beyond our control, such as public holidays and Customs issues.



- Check the status of your order BEFORE you contact us regarding a late parcel, please check with your local post office. In most cases parcels that do not arrive at your home are waiting for you at the post office for collection.

- If its estimated delivery time has not passed yet, please wait for some other days. If you have not received your parcel during this period of time, you can confirm that the shipping address is correct;

If you require any further assistance or if your order is nowhere to be found, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will arrange a refund or a reshipment.


How much does shipping cost


The prices of our products vary according to the type, location, shipping method you selected. You can view the shipping fees on each product page and at checkout.

To return your product, please contact our customer service for instructions on how to return the goods.If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 


Free Shipping


Now we offers Free Shipping on some of the products. You could checkout if the product(s) is free shipping on each product page. This policy is apply to all countries that we could shipping to.

Rejected order

If you refuse to accept the goods or refuse to pay customs duties, the goods will be returned to the sender. When the tracking information shows "returned to sender", you may request a refund of your order.  We will deduct from the refund amount all charges related to the delivery of the order to the country of destination and its return.


If a parcel is returned to sender due to an incorrect, incomplete address or not being claimed within shipping company time frame, the freight return to sender will be charged. In this case, we are not responsible to cover the extra cost to redeliver the parcel.


Changes to orders after payment


If you would like to change the details on your order you need to act quickly. The safest way to change your address is by contacting us thru our live chat support. Due to the time lag in email responses, we do not accept liability for requests which are not received or read after the parcel has been dispatched.


Simply sending us an email does not constitute an agreement nor does it mean we can act upon your request in time. We strongly urge you to contact us through chat if you find that your address details are incorrect or need to be changed.
